Public Notice:
Pursuant to Section 20A-5-101, Utah Code Annotated, the following is a list of candidates to be elected at the next regular General Election to be held Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
One (1) U.S. House Of Representatives, Third (3) District, two (2) year term
One (1) Utah State Senate, District Twenty-Eight (28), four (4) year term
One (1) Utah State House of Representatives, District Seventy (70) two (2) year term
One (1) Utah State Board of Education, District Fourteen (l4), four (4) year term
One (1) Local School Board Member Precinct Four (4), four (4) year term
One (1) Local School Board Member Precinct Five (5), four (4) year term
There will be an unopposed retention election for two (2) Supreme Court Judge, provided that the incumbent whose term is expiring files during the filing period.
There will be an unopposed retention election for six (6) Court of Appeals Judges, provided that the incumbent whose term is expiring files during the filing period.
Four (4) District Court Judges in the Fifth Judicial District.
One (1) County Commissioner, Commission A four (4) year term
One (1) County Commissioner, Commission B four (4) year term
One (1) County Attorney, four (4) year term
One (1) County Clerk/Auditor, four (4) year term
One (1) County Sheriff, four (4) year term
Filing periods:
January 2 – 8, 2026 for qualified political party candidates, local school board and declaration of intent to gather signatures.
January 2 – April 27 for registered political party candidates.
July 1 – 15, 2026 for justices and judges of a court of record.
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Office of the County Clerk/Auditor, l05 East Center Street 2nd floor, Beaver, Utah 84713.
*Qualified political party candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than 14 days before the day on which the party holds its convention and Registered political party candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than 5 pm Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

A Municipal General Election for Beaver City and Milford City will be held in Beaver County on November 4, 2025. Public notice is hereby given that on October 6, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Beaver County Admin Building 105 E Center, Beaver, Utah the election staff will conduct a demonstration of the logic and accuracy testing of the voting devices to be used in the upcoming General Election on November 4, 2025. The test is open to public observation in accordance with the provisions of Section 20A-5-802 (1), Utah Code Annotated, 1953 (the 'Utah Code').
AUDIT Notice is given of the election audit required by the Lieutenant Governor's Election Policy. The Audit will be conducted during normal business hours in the Commission Chambers 105 E. Center beginning November 10, 2025 3:00 p.m. and continuing until completed. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend.

If any changes to the location of a polling place occur you will be able to find it on these websites. You can also find qualifications for persons to vote in the election, as well as, instructions how an individual with a disability, who is not able to vote a manual ballot by mail, may vote in an accessible manner.
