Instructions for completing the Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB):  www.fvap.gov/uploads/FVAP/Outreach-Materials/FVAP_FWAB.pdf

If you don’t receive a ballot in time to vote, you may complete a FWAB. For the upcoming election, you would go to the bottom of the FWAB and write in the office and preferred candidate’s name of your choice on ballot initiatives and return that to our office.
