* Unaffiliated Candidates Filing Period Jan 2 - Jun 15, 2026 * List of offices * Please call ahead with any questions * You will fill out the Filing Forms, pay your Filing Fee and will need to gather signatures. If you want to use a different name on the ballot than your legal first and last name, there is an affidavit due by the last day at 5 PM.

This form must be submitted online at least 7 days before an election to be eligible to vote in that election. If this form is sent by mail, it must be postmarked at least 30 days before an election to be eligible to vote in that election.

We are a By MAIL county
We mail ALL our ballots to our voters. You will receive your ballot in the mail approx. 2-3 weeks prior to Election day. Please check our polling and drop box location for the easiest way to return your ballot. If sent by mail the voter must ensure that their ballot is in our office by 8 PM on Election Day in order to be counted.

ADA
If you need ADA assistance, please call our office 435-438-6460, and we will make arrangements with you to ensure you can vote in this election. We have an Accessible Voting Machine available with large text, touchscreen, audio ballot, keypad and high contrast.
Voting Precinct Changes
In April 2025 Beaver County updated the precinct names in accordance to HB 27. 01 has been added to each precinct name, i.e. BV01 is now 01BV01, please click on the Voting Precinct Maps link to the left to check yours.
